An MSEDCL bill names its charges in Marathi. Every word below is copied from a bill, next to what it is called in English and what it pays for. महावितरणचे बिल आकारांची नावे मराठीत छापते. खालचा प्रत्येक शब्द बिलावरून जसाच्या तसा घेतला आहे, त्याशेजारी त्याचे इंग्रजी नाव आणि तो कशासाठी आकारला जातो ते.

Every Marathi term on this page is taken from a bill MSEDCL publishes as its own sample format, read off the printed page rather than translated from the English. Which word names which charge is the bill's; how it is spelled is standard Marathi. The bill is careless with vowel length in six places, printing मंजुर, चालु, समायोजीत, अतिरीक्त, रिडिंग and बिलींग, and this page spells all six the way they are written. It also splits a postposition from the word it belongs to, printing या तारखे नंतर, which is written या तारखेनंतर.
